One of my favorite pieces I have published is the one above, a human-interest story produced during my magazine internship in Sydney, Australia. I greatly enjoying using my storytelling skills to not only discuss extremely important and often difficult topics but also to hopefully use writing as a means for societal change. I truly believe in the power of words and storytelling, and I have a strong desire to investigate, research and produce pieces on topics that can inspire and bring about awareness.
